As we have explained throughout the website, unresolved grief is cumulative and cumulative negative, that is the longer you take to address it, the more toxic it gets and will impact every area of your life - your health and your personal and professional relationships. Grief Recovery is for everyone. No one is exempt from grief and loss.
The investment for this course is very cost effective. And the investment on you is so worth it..your healthy you will thank you for it. DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
No, we do not. We accept private pay only. The reasons being:
- Insurance would require that you get a mental health diagnosis to pay for your session. I do not believe it is beneficial to label clients with a diagnosis that would remain on your health record and affect future insurance coverage and employment. In addition, this would be in misalignment with my focus. Please know if you present me with a prior mental health diagnosis, I will absolutely honor that part of your experience and discuss with you to decide if I can help you with those issues.
- In addition, most insurance put a limit to the number of sessions you can receive per year. This could negatively impact your progress. Private pay allows you and I to determine when our time together has achieved the maximum benefit.
- Insurance companies require to see your records or ask that a third party have access to your records. With private pay, you and I will be the only individuals to have access to your records (aside from the normal limits to confidentiality.
