Grief Overcomer

Higinia (ee he knee ah) is a business owner, speaker, wife, mom, sibling, that is transforming her healing journey from "a mess to a healing message". Grief, pain and loss do not have to frame your present or future!

The Heart Things™ platform is about sharing the painful things of the heart and acknowledging that if we wish to grow from these painful experiences, it requires doing the hard things of the heart.

Grief is more than death. There are 42+ non-death experiences that produce grief....so you may unknowingly be experiencing grief.

Healing rarely happens by coincidence-it happens by courage. May our time together comfort and strengthen your wonderful heart.

Grief Recovery is like Pruning
"Pruning" is not about what is "wrong" with you but rather about what happened to you. Grief recovery is not about "managing" your pain but about removing any limiting beliefs and information that we may be married to (so attached to), you end up stuck unable to BE at your optimal best to enjoy and be fully present NOW. We will identify what is left unfinished and unresolved so you can "increase in fruitfulness and growth".

This works for individuals and business alike.

Oxford defines pruning as:
  • Cut away dead or overgrown branches or stems, especially to increase fruitfulness and growth.
  • Reduce the extent of (something) by removing superfluous or unwanted parts
